Jewelry sets that include earrings
Body jewelry
Custom or personalised items
Sale or clearance items
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumanal.com.au. Include the following:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Return Shipping for Faulty Items
If your return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
