All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

We offer nationwide shipping via trusted courier partners.

Express Shipping

Cost: $12.95

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen courier delays.

We proudly ship worldwide!

Standard International Shipping

Starting From: $12.99

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Time: 6–14 business days

Please note that any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.


4. Tracking Your Order

All Lumanal orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.


5. Delivery Issues & Return-to-Sender Parcels

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lumanal.com.au as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Important:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Lumanal is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us by the postal service due to being unclaimed or undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address or failure to collect), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

In such cases, while we are happy to resend your order, the customer will be required to cover the re-shipping cost—even if the original order was eligible for free delivery.
